EAGLE-Net is a Colorado cost-sharing, non-profit consortium that provides broadband access to Commodity Internet Services, the Internet2 Education and Research Network, Transit Rail Network and will provide secure K-12 network inter-connectivity for on-net applications and services for all 178 Colorado school districts.

In 2009 EAGLE-Net began the process of expanding broadband access state wide to include high-speed connections with municipal and county government, higher education, public libraries, museums, health care, and other non-profit entities in rural and urban areas. • Performance and Workforce Revitalization

Performance and Workforce Revitalization (PWR) is a program created by E3SI and QuantumWest, Inc. (QWI) to help public sector and private sector organizations determine how to re-purpose existing assets, re-inspire employees and apply new strategic actions to improve workforce performance.

The PWR program looks at an organizations people, technology and processes as a collective environment. Through our integrated organizational and technical approach E3SI-QWI assesses and evaluates investments in people and systems, evaluates goals and objectives and then  provides an ability to align goals and objectives to improve performance.
